We want to learn about your use of data for decision-making and your collaborations to refer, provide, or improve substance use services and supports!
Opportunity 1: Take a Brief Survey
Why complete the survey?
You can receive $20-40, depending on if you are eligible to complete all, or part, of the survey.
You will gain access to Data Products — user-friendly resources that contextualize your county’s data to inform actions — as they are available in future project years (2026-2028)!

Option 2: Attend County Conversations to Co-Design Data Products
We are hosting in-person and virtual conversations in the following counties:
Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Crook, Curry, Gilliam, Grant, Lane, Lincoln, Jefferson, Josephine, Multnomah, Polk
Umatilla, Union, Wallowa and Wheeler.
