Criteria

Criteria are factors that influence intervention selection decisions. ORCA has 18 Criteria.

Users rank likely each Criterion will “tip” their decision.

Users then rate how well they think each intervention being considered meets the desired criteria. If an intervention doesn’t seem to meet an important Criterion, it is less likely that users think it will be a good fit.
